Yoga
Yoga Sessions are offered to our clients by instructors trained in a therapeutic style of yoga. One-on-one yoga sessions allow the client to learn where they hold stress in their body, and how they can use breathing techniques to alleviate stress. Yoga is a powerful tool for stress management. (60 to 90 minutes)

Lymphatic drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle hands on technique which uses soft, slow wave like movements to encourage proper filtration of the lymph system. Improving lymph circulation helps drain excess fluid from the cells, boosts the immune system, stimulates the removal of toxins from the body and promotes relaxation and stress reduction.

This treatment is often used pre and post surgery to lessen swelling, scaring and encourage faster healing. Often lymph drainage is recommended in conjunction with plastic surgery.

Please call our office to speak to one of our expert therapists to find out a treatment plan for lymph drainage that is right for you.
