If you need to relax, or are recovering from an injury, have chronic tension, or you are an athlete in training, we can help. Our Team is highly educated and specifically trained to assist you in optimizing your wellness program. In the field of therapeutic bodywork since 1990


Profile and Credentials        

Licensed and Certified Massage therapist since 1993 Kelley worked in Physical therapy at Desert Samiaritan Hospital in Mesa Arizona and made a career change for a more Holistic approach to mending the body. Educated at the esteemed 1000 hr program at Desert Institute of the Healing Arts in Tucson Arizona,and has continued her studies in neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release,Jin Shin Do, Pre and postnatal massage, infant massage and mind body therapies.

She is Currently teaching various courses in Mind/Body connections from breathing and meditation skills to Reiki and self help courses. Kelley has speaking engagements throught 2009 as well as specialized classes for children and infants.

Our Hours of availability are:

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Sat 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

Rates start at $40 up to $90 depending on what session requirements are.

*on site services add a $15 transportation fee

Pregnancy Massage        

A womens body changes in so many ways during and after pregnancy. We help eliviate some of the discomfort with gentle massage and nurturing touch. We can also provide information for you, in conjunction with your physicians recomendations for natural alternatives for nausea, and fatique.

Reiki session and Classes        

Kelley Pelton is a Reiki Master teacher and holds USUI method group classes for all levels throughout the year.

" rei " meaning higher power and

" ki " meaning life energy.

Although healing touch has been used for thousands of years, what is considered reiki today, originated in the 1880s when a Buddhist monk named Mikao Usui went on a quest to rediscover the divine healing methods used by Jesus Christ and Buddha.

Utilizing the mind body connections inate in all of us, she will assist you in finding the peaceful balance Reiki allows in private sessions as well as giving you information for self help techniques.

Children and Family        

Currently we are developing classes for children to learn how to connect with thier inner selves and bring forth the natural born healer in each of us. Group classes provides a safe environment to learn healthy nurturing touch and provides information on forming comfortable boundries. It is a hands on experience to soothe each others shoulders and necks and share a little inner love with fellow souls

*Parents are required to attend.


Sports massage and structural integration        

Jon M Pelton is a master level therapist with a strong background in sports therapies. He has worked on professional and collegiate athletes in Football, Hockey, Basketball, Soccer and Baseball to name a few. His career has led him to provide productive results for both rehab care and wellness care.

Structural Integration sessions are for a deeper level of bodywork resulting in core level musculature realignment. These sessions are done in succession and are not recomended for a first time massage.
