My classes explore the use of asana, deep relaxation and meditation to bring the mind, body and spirit into balance. Emphasis is placed on physical alignment, lines of energy and the proper use of the breath to ensure a strong, safe, satisfying practice. Promote well-being, increase strength & flexibility, and enhance intuition & the ability to focus. Learn to listen to your Internal Voice.
Profile and Credentials
I embarked on my yogic journey when I was introduced to yoga by a friend in 1995. The immediate attraction I felt became a passion, and by the summer of 1996, I was practicing daily. Yoga is a wellspring of strength and serenity that over the years, has transformed me into a spiritual being.
Fueled by an intense desire to deepen my practice and inspired by the teaching of Erich Schiffman, I attended his teacher’s training course at the Santa Barbara Yoga Center in 2000. I’ve been teaching ever since, and it is my pleasure to share the gift of yoga with others.
