Just Do It

Doing a daily Yoga practice can sometimes feel like an obligation or a "chore". You may feel that you aren't "in the mood" and it would be better when you aren't so mentally distracted. Or you feel angry or stressed and think this will affect your practice. That isn't how Yoga works. I suggest that when you are thinking of reasons that it may not be an optimal time to do Yoga - just walk to the mat and lie down, sit down or whatever position feels comfortable to you. Stay there for ten, slow, complete breaths. Then see if you still think it isn't a good time. Remember; even 10 minutes of Yoga can change your day.
