Core Belief Engineering|
Elly Roselle has created a method of psychotherapy which allows conscious access to subconscious areas of the mind. In a process guided by a trained practitioner, clients are able to re-engineer old outdated beliefs and decisions and replace them with more open and inclusive expressions of self. Clients are seen in private sessions of 5 or more hours. The method uses large blocks of time to be able to work deeply with the client. It is not uncommon for the client to experience a substantial permanent change from the first or second session.
Core Belief Engineering was created in Canada by Elly Roselle in 1984. Since that time the course has been studied by many practitioners across Canada. At the time of this writing there are two Training Centers and certification bodies in Canada.
