Falun Dafa / Falun Gong
Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong, is an ancient practice for cultivating the body and mind, which was made public in 1992 by Mr. Li Hingzhi. This practice teaches obtainment of physical and mental well-being through five gentle and peaceful exercises, suitable for all ages, and adherence to the principles of Truthfulness, Kindness and Tolerance. Falun Dafa stresses the daily practice of changing one's heart and mind for the better, in all circumstances of life. One must always display compassion and kindness toward others and think of others first. All activities are free of charge.
