Abundant Life Midwifery Care
I am a Registered Midwife by the State of Colorado. I have a homebirth midwifery practice based in Northwest Denver, and I attend births in Denver and the surrounding communities within a 60 mile radius.
My desire is to help women achieve a healthy, natural, and satisfying pregnancy and birth. I believe that a woman's home is the safest and most rewarding place to give birth--a place where she can feel secure and comfortable, surrounded by the ones she loves.
My midwifery care includes all prenatal examinations and routine lab work, childbirth classes, care throughout labor and birth, and postpartum visits in your home. I can help women with VBACs and waterbirth.
If you are interested in home birth, please call or email to set up an interview with me (this is a free visit).

Ama Mama Midwifery
Homebirth your way! Confused about options? Want a midwife to allow YOU to lead the way? Want flexibility regarding prenatal care, birth options, and postpartum needs? Considering UC? We offer midwives (CNM/LMs) to explore all options available. Waterbirth & VBAC are typical (albeit spectacular!) births for us. Low-profile midwives support your choices in an environment that challenges that autonomy. Please call for an interview. We want to serve you!

Art of Midwifery
Joanne Dozor, RN, CPM, has been a midwife and childbirth educator for 30 years. In 1998 she began The Art of Midwifery which offers a variety of courses for doulas and aspiring midwives. The philosophy of the school is based on a belief that birth belongs to the birthing woman, and that she deserves to birth in the place where she feels safe, comfortable and supported. Because individuality and self-expression is encouraged, students are exposed to a variety of teachers with different approaches to midwifery care. Joanne also teaches yoga to both adults and children.

Birthing Care Center
I am a licensed midwife an have been practicing in the Southern California area. I have a medical degree from India but have chosen to practice midwifery instead because I believe that birth is a very natural process that most often does not require intervention but rather a very watchful eye. Having been trained in medicine I am very comfortable and calm should emergencies occur and I am very confident with suturing if needed. I limit my practice to two or three new patients a month so that I can be available to them and give them the best care.

I had my first two children at home and my third one at the hospital. I take great joy in being a part of the great miracle of a new life entering this world. I pray that each woman and her husband are blessed with my participation.I do water births if desired. Birth of a new life is a miracle and I would be priveleged to be a part of your miracle
