Daniel is presenting a form of yoga for the every day individual, (mainly Kripalu Yoga).
Since 1979 I’ve been working with people to help them heal their heart and soul and connect with their authentic spiritual self. My early work was primarily in the area of spiritual counseling in various capacities which incorporated an understanding of psychology and spirituality. 
As a life-long student of Asian Movement arts, Dashi teaches and lectures on the healing benefits of Qigong, Taiji Chuan and yoga in Miami and abroad, and is author of 8 DVD and videos on fitness and rejuvenation. Her diverse background in movement and Chinese medicine has given her unique insight into the fundamentals of mind-body integration and energy movement. In her workshops she teaches her students how to relax body and mind, synchronize movement with the breath, and experience movement as a flow of energy through the body.
