Yoga props are provided for your convenience including mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps without any additional fee. Most classes include Sun Salutations, Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Savasana (deep relaxation)and Restorative Yoga with guided imagery and meditation.
