Mary teaches classes and workshops in:Partner's Massage, Developing Your Natural Psychic Abilities, Healing and the Chakras, Intuitive Healing, Shamanism 101, journeying; and Peruvian shamanism. She also teaches CEU classes for LMTs(CEUs only apply to LMTs in Tennessee) in Hot Stone Massage (16) and Chair Massage(10).

Mary has been practicing in the holistic health field since the late 1980s. She is a graduate of St John's University in Springfield, LA (BS degree); The Ohio Academy of Holistic Health, Dayton, OH as a certified clinical hypnotherpist, a certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga for Real People, Dayton, OH) and has recently become a Reiki Master. Mary graduated from the Natural Health Institute as a licensed massage therapist in 2001. She has also studied Auyrveda, macrobiotic vegetarianism and Peruvian shamanism.
