I found my profession in 1984 after receiving help for a very frustrating injury. I had been training as an Olypmic hopeful with the Miami University Cross Country and Track and Field team. But after one year of failed medical and physical therapy for chronic knee pain I had almost lost hope. Then I happened upon a doctor fo chiropractic and three days later it was as if there never was a problem at all. I was amazed! Beforehand I was a pre-med major on my way to medical school. One week later I was accepted into chiropractic school and I never looked back. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. In fact, I think I was born to be a chiropractor.
