I’m Mary Elaine Kiener, RN, PhD, owner and CEO (Creative Energy Officer) of ASK ME House, LLC.

I help my clients move beyond a state of "not sick" into "vitality" and "vibrance" by creating a personal wellness foundation that focuses on the body's healing wisdom.

I’ve designed a program I call stresswell™. It’s a simple yet elegant, intuitive, strengths-based process that will help you remain calm under pressure as you learn to respond (instead of react) to many different kinds of stress. Then, as you begin to transform stress into creative energy, you’ll discover a renewed vitality that makes your life worth loving again.

I bring over 30 years of health care experience, within a rich tapestry of settings. My academic training helps to balance an expansive, inquiring mind with a quest for reliable science. My interdisciplinary approach offers a wide network of resources upon which to draw.

Wellness encompasses far more than "not being sick."

Illness may provide opportunities for positive change and a new balance.

Dis-ease often includes physical, psychological, social and/or spiritual components.

We recruit illness (rather than wellness) primarily based upon....
