I consider the counseling I do a specialized ministry that seeks to help persons integrate all of their experiences---emotional,spiritual, physical and social that they may move toward a sense of wholeness. I will accompany people in my care through life transitions, crisis or chronic situations and provide a place to restore their sense of well being.

I am a Maine registered counselor with a Master of Divinity from Bangor Theological Seminary. I am also a Maine licensed Radiologic Technologist/ CAT scan. I am a trained facilitator of the United Church of Christ "Our Whole Lives" curriculum for teens and I have completed Financial Peace University Dave Ramsey course. I am certified Reiki II practitioner.

Often times the unknowns we are faced with are very frightening, but once the number is dialed a whole new way can open. In my years of working with fear, I am able to listen, sort through and integrate life experiences toward a new sense of well being.

I am available for appointments Fridays day or evening. Some appointments Tues-Thurs late morning or early afternoon.

$65.00 per hour. No third party billing at this time.
