Description        

We offer group classes in Beginning/Continuing and Intermediate level, Prenatal Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis/Fibromyalgia/arthritis Patients Pilates mat work, Massage Therapy, Nutrition and Physical Therapy. We also offer onsite classes, retreats, workshops, and in-service programs. In an individualized session we can refine your personal practice.

Profile and Credentials        

Our Instructors Anma (Jaquelyn Gordon) is a visionary artist living in Millis, Massachusetts. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Massachusetts College of Art. Prior to her involvement with New Age art, Anma designed jewelry for Pierre Cardin, designed and sculpted dolls and toys for Mattel and Hasbro, and cared for others as a home health aide. In 1989, after not painting for 15 years, she began a serious commitment to yoga and soon began painting in a new way. She has always been drawn to alternative forms of healing and is now a kundalini yoga teacher. Her creative name "Anma" was her great grandmother's. She uses it in honor of her two grandmothers and her two great-grandmothers, all exceptionally strong women who have inspired her Louise Germani holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Boston Conservatory. She is also Pilates certified through the Physical Mind Institute, NY. Both performing and teaching for over 20 years Louise brings a keen sense of how the body functions as well as sharing the pure joy of movement with her students. Joan Brown, Director of Wellness, is certified through the American Council on exercise as a personal trainer and also as a lifestyle and weight loss consultant. She is also certified through the American Aerobic Association/International Sports Medicine Association in Pre and Post Natal Fitness, Pilates, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics. In addition, She is an ambassador for the fifty plus fitness association, founded at Stanford university in California.
