Journey To You is a wellness center located in Boston's South End. We focus on brining healing to our clients through Hatha Yoga, Usui Ryoho Reiki, Karuna Reiki® and meditation. Much of our work is done on an individual basis, however, we do offer group yoga classes, group trainings in both disciplines of Reiki, group senior yoga classes and family yoga classes.

Journey To You is owned and operated by Barbara Borman. A Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. She's been teaching yoga in and around the Boston area since 2004 bringing classes to under served communities, introducing yoga to children and to senior citizens. She is also Master/Teacher level in both disciplines of Usui Ryoho Reiki and Karuna Reiki® which she uses for healing sessions and teaches.

Journey To You's mission is to offer opportunities for healing and to support you while you heal. Using techniques from both the yoga and Reiki traditions, personalized healing can take place. We believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and to experience life in a more positive light.

Our website lists our current group yoga class schedule. Private yoga and Reiki sessions are scheduled by e-mail or phone.
