Dr. Christine Benner uses Sacro-Occipital Technique and Cranial Therapy during your Chiropractic adjustment. Sacro-Occipital Technique is a highly specific chiropractic adjusting method which combines your complete health history with structural, orthopedic, and neurological indicators to identify patterns which are inhibiting your total health. Dr. Benner makes gentle, safe adjustments to your spine, head, and other key areas to counteract these patterns. Cranial Therapy enhances your regular structural adjustments by stimulating your central nervous system and helps restore the necessary flow of craniosacral fluid within your head and spine.

Your health and wellness program is supervised by Dr. Christine Benner. In practice for over a decade, Dr. Benner earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. She holds post-graduate certifications in Advanced Sacro-Occipital Technique and Cranial Therapy and serves on the advisory board of Sacro-Occipital Technique Organization-USA. A graduate of Tri-State Acupuncture College, Dr. Benner is also a licensed acupuncturist. A former dancer, personal trainer, and bodywork practitioner, Dr. Benner also has training in nutrition and emotional release techniques. All of these key elements are integrated into a personalized treatment plan for each of her patients.
