Dr. Paul holds a Bachelors degree in Pharmacy and Doctorate degree in Chiropractic. He has extensive knowledge of neuroscience, the chakras, metaphysics, quantum physics, pranayama, Hermetic Philosophy, Raja yoga, hands on energy healing and meditation. He draws on the eastern spiritual traditions in his work. He is a kryia yogi and has studied the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and The Holy Science of Swami Sri Yukteswar.
