Pema Dhechen, founder, teacher and practitioner of the Ananta Reiki Transformational Healing Technique. Pema founded, teaches and practices the ANANTA REIKI TRANSFORMATIONAL HEALING TECHNIQUE. She has trained with Reiki Masters from the Usui/Takata and Hong Kong lines. She is still training with her heart Teachers of Tibetan Buddhism and has received many empowerments from Tibetan high lamas, including Medicine Buddha. The complete Ananta system and methodolgy includes 14 symbols that Pema has remembered from a past life. This has been confirmed by a high Tibetan buddhist lama.

In Pema's vision of Rama Valaya, some people would live and work there, some volunteer, while others such as various medical doctors and therapists might offer services at reduced rates or be funded via grant monies and donations. In the center of the property there would be the main shrine room (practice hall) which has large, tall doors that open all the way around the round building so that only columns remain at various positions to support a beautiful copper roof. This design would allow guests to walk by and view some of the spiritual or religious practices being performed without having to commit themselves, which also reduces stress. At the front of the property there would be an area for families with children. a variety of animals would be cared for in that location to allow sick children the opportunity to interact with them. Throughout the property there will be small, winding paths and meditation gardens as well as yurts (small portable living/working quarters) scattered throughout for use by healers and guests. In one area there would be dorm buildings with a cafeteria and library attached opening to the main reading/meditation garden. In the most private and secluded section of the property, there will be a place especially for the terminally ill and dying. Hospice volunteers will be asked to participate in this program.
