Sage Femme Oasis offers natural, holistic products and services including Birth and Postpartum Doula services with breastfeeding support, Personal/Life Coaching and Personal Transformation Support Services, Support Group/Workshop Facilitation, Reiki Bodywork and other healing products including vibrational essences (flower, animal), essential oils and aromatherapy products and nutritional and herbal products.

Sonja M. Benson is a Healer, Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner and Support Group/Workshop Facilitator with over five (5) years of experience. She received training from the Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development and has been supporting clients in breaking through their self-imposed limitations in order to live the life of their dreams. As well, she is currently completing her birth support certification with the Association for Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators (ALACE).

Sage Femme Oasis is committed to supporting clients in overcoming obstacles created from unhealthy beliefs, behaviors and patterns in a loving, caring environment utilizing natural, holistic methods and products.
