I combine backwalking and thai-style yoga stretching with deep tissue and swedish massage, using my formal training, intuition, curiosity and love of play. I am currently in graduate school for counseling psychology, and have also recently completed a 4-year training program at the Washington Institute for Body Psychotherapy. I am currently focusing on personal growth, somatic reeducation and coaching, and emotional release work in my process bodywork sessions. I will open my practice to body psychotherapy clients as I finish graduate school.

I completed the 500-hour professional course at the Baltimore School of Massage in '95, two courses in Thai massage and stretching in '98 and '00, and am nationally and state certified, as well as member of the AMTA. I have been teaching couples massage and stretching, with an emphasis on conscious relationship, since 1999

If you are interested in experiencing backwalking and thai-style stretching, please wear comfortable exercise clothing such as t-shirt and shorts or leggings, or sweatpants and shirt, etc.

My hours vary slightly from week to week, but generally follow this format: Monday-Friday, 10-6, with evening hours until 8 on Mondays and Thursdays, and Saturdays, from 9-noon. For the remainder of '03, my fees are: $75/hour $110/one and a half hours I look forward to hearing from you soon!
