Jana Runnalls is a vocal healer and
music therapist, living and working in the
sacred landscape of Glastonbury, England.
Jana has been practising her vocal energy
healing method since 1983 having studied
many alternative therapies and spiritual
traditions, including Buddhist meditation, Shamanic healing, Qi Gong and
Yoga breathing techniques. It is her
30 years' experience as a professional singer which
forms the basis of her vocal healing
method.

Jana has developed her Voice of Power
vocal energy training method as a self-
development tool, giving us the power
and ability to change our lives for the better with very simple principles and energy focus. She teaches individuals and groups anywhere in the world, but especially in or near sacred power spots. Voice of Power is an expression of a deep sense of self, centred in a connection to the four aspects, the four powers of life:
Fire in our warmth, passion and energy;
Air in our breathing and thinking;
Water in our feeling and expression;
Earth in our bodies and stability.
Power equals energy:
The energy needed to use your voice is
accessed from self-knowledge and the
life-force that we all possess. This
inner light is made manifest through the
voice. In opening and energizing the
chakra energy centres inthe body with
breath awareness and toning, we fine-tune
our subtle connection to Divine Essence
and allow deep healing and cellular
clearing to take place throughout body,
mind, soul and spirit.

Mondays 2-6, Tuesday 10-6, Wedsnesday 2-6,
Thursday 2-6, Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-2.
Fees: Personal session £40 for an hour
and a half.
