Luc Watelet (AKA Awtar Singh) is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and has a PhD in biostatistics. Luc is the founding director of the Yoga and Healing Sanctuary. He has studied many styles of yoga and fell in love with the depth and efficiency of Kundalini Yoga. He became a teacher under the guidance of Yogi Bhajan in 1996. As a biostatistician, Luc has worked for academia and in the pharmaceutical industry. He became a full time healer and yoga teacher in 2004. Luc offers his healing and mentoring touch to help those who want answers about their life, spiritual guidance, or need help with pain and other physical conditions.

Life is really easy if we stop obeying to the arguments happening in our mind and if, instead, we pay more attention to our heartfelt desires.
