Certified YogaKids Facilitator teaching children ages 3 - 16 yoga postures, breathing techniques, visualization and meditative activities. Depending on age, classes include different degrees of anatomy, nutrition and earth-related topics.

Certified YogaKids Facilitator, working within the private school system, at yoga centers and health clubs, as well as with Girl Scouts and at risk children teaching them the elements of body/mind connection with breathing, posture, visualization and relaxation as well as anatomy and earth sciences.

Once a child becomes aware of his body and his breath he is able to access the energy he needs to control his emotions as well as understand the world around him much better.
